The Cape Girardeau Road Runners are proud to bring you the 33rd annual City of Roses Half Marathon and 5k. One of the largest and most renown races in the Cape Girardeau area, you don't want to miss out on this one. Fifth Annual Furry 5k & 1 mile Fun Walk
Saturday June 15 @ Missouri Running Co. 8:00 AM

Fitness Plus is excited to host the fifth annual Furry 5K and One-mile Fun Walk for you and your dog! A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Saint Francis Medical Center Inpatient Rehabilitation pet therapy program. You do not have to have a dog to participate, but dogs are welcome! New this year, the Furry 5K is an official Cape Girardeau Road Runners Grand Prix race! Register online click here.

Happy Hour Social Run
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm

Join us every Wednesdays at 6:30pm. We will meet at Bel Aire Bar& Grill in downtown Cape Girardeau for a run/walk and socializing after. These are strictly social runs not competition just a great time. We hope to see you all on Wednesday!

We now have Boston wrist bands in the store. For $2.00 you can get your Run Now Boston wrist band in the iconic blue and yellow of the Boston Marathon. All proceeds go towards the One Fund Boston group, helping those affected by the bombings at the Boston Marathon.
